There are two options when it comes to releases; digital releases and paper releases.
We only accept the following model and property releases:
Digital releases via Easy Release app
Digital releases via SignNow

Please note, we cannot accept other types of releases. If you submit a release which is not listed above your images will not be accepted.

Important notes to avoid releases (and the images they relate to) being rejected:
Make sure to add a visual reference to your release. Please note we cannot accept a separate visual reference file, the visual reference must be part of the release pdf file.
For releases using SignNow, if you have Adobe Acrobat if you have it, otherwise we advise Googling 'pdf combiner'.
Be sure to upload all pages of the downloaded release, including the 2nd page which details names and dates that people signed.
Add full names and complete postal addresses. Addresses missing the house name / number will not be accepted.

Once the model has signed you will receive a copy of the completed signed document via your email address.
When you download the release, be sure to select the option to 'Download with History'.
Here is an example of what the downloaded file should like (before you add the visual reference)

Paper Releases
We accept the Getty Images model and property releases which can be accessed here: https://contributors.gettyimages.com/article_public.aspx?article_id=7822
Important to note, to avoid releases (and the images they relate to) being rejected:
Paper releases must be hand signed, you cannot add a digital signature to a paper release form.
Fields other than signatures can be typed in, as long as it’s on the printed release when its hand signed by both the photographer and model / property owner.
Nothing can be added after the release is signed.
Fill all fields.
Ensure that you attach a visual reference at the top of the form in the allocated space
Paper releases can be either photographed and uploaded or scanned to your computer.
