How can I avoid copyright infringement in my images?

Unsplash contributors should only submit images which are their original artwork, based on their original ideas (meaning they own all the rights to the submitted image and are entitled to distribute it).

That means images shouldn’t be submitted if there are recognizable elements in the photos that someone else owns the copyright or other intellectual property rights to, such as logos, artwork (including graffiti), prints, trademarked products etc. Please see the guide to avoiding copyright infringement here.
