What types of images can be marked as dual-usage?

Organisation accounts may share images that are in the Public Domain. For these images, they will be marked in the photo description as ‘Dual Usage: Unsplash License & Public Domain’. Where an image is marked with this label, the Public domain over-rides The Unsplash License. The main difference is that content marked in the public domain does not face any limitations in its reuse. You can read more about the Public Domain here.
